2. Eligibility and Enrollment
Age Requirements
Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. Proof of age may be required during the enrollment process.
Enrollment Process

- Pay applicable fees according to payment terms

Capacity Limitations

Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment becomes binding upon payment receipt and written confirmation from TalentPro Institute. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms and Policies

- Prices include all course materials and certificates
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment plans. All payments must be made in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
Payment Schedules
- Full payment required before course commencement
- Installment plans available with approved credit
- Late payment fees apply after 30-day grace period
- Non-payment may result in suspension from courses
Refund Policy
- Full refund available up to 14 days before course start
- 50% refund available up to 7 days before course start
- No refund after course commencement
- Refunds processed within 30 business days
- Course transfers subject to availability and fees
4. Student Obligations and Conduct
Academic Integrity
- Complete all assignments and assessments independently
- Properly cite sources and avoid plagiarism
- Attend required sessions and participate actively
- Maintain confidentiality of course materials
- Respect intellectual property rights
Professional Conduct
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Arrive punctually and prepared for sessions
- Follow dress code requirements for practical sessions
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Information Accuracy
Students must provide accurate and current information during enrollment and notify us promptly of any changes to contact details or circumstances affecting their studies.
Technology Use
Students are responsible for maintaining appropriate technology and internet access for online components. Recording of sessions is prohibited without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Institute Content
All course materials, curricula, presentations, videos, and documentation are proprietary to TalentPro Institute and protected by Cyprus and international copyright laws.
Limited License
- Students receive limited license for personal educational use
- Materials may not be reproduced or distributed
- Commercial use requires written permission
- License terminates upon course completion
Student Work
Students retain ownership of original work created during courses, but grant TalentPro Institute non-exclusive rights to use work for educational and promotional purposes with proper attribution.
Third-Party Content
Some course materials may include third-party content used under license. Students must respect all third-party intellectual property rights and usage restrictions.
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Educational Purpose
Our courses are designed for professional development and education. Completion does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific career outcomes.
Service Availability
- Services provided "as is" without warranties
- We may modify or discontinue services with notice
- Technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery
- Force majeure events may disrupt scheduled activities
Limitation of Liability

7. Termination
Student Withdrawal
- Students may withdraw from courses with written notice
- Refund policies apply based on timing of withdrawal
- Partial completion may be documented with transcript
- Outstanding fees remain due upon withdrawal
Institute Termination
We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for violations of terms, non-payment, academic misconduct, or disruptive behavior. Termination for cause does not entitle students to refunds.
Effects of Termination
- Access to course materials and facilities ceases
- Outstanding obligations remain enforceable
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
- Certificates may be withheld for violations
8. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

Mediation
If informal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation through a neutral third party agreed upon by both parties.
Arbitration
Disputes not resolved through mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Cyprus arbitration laws.

9. Modifications to Terms

- Students will have 30 days to object to material changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications
Version Control

10. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with enrollment agreements and course-specific policies, constitute the complete agreement between TalentPro Institute and students.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Assignment
Students may not assign their rights or obligations under these terms. TalentPro Institute may assign these terms with reasonable notice to students.
